INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION (प्रवेश के संबंध में सूचना ) :

Admission is open for classes Nursery to Class VIII for the academic session 2018-19. From Class - II onwards, a student will be admitted only after submission of a Transfer Certificate from the previous school.(प्रवेश शैक्षिक सत्र 2018-19 के लिए नर्सरी से वर्ग आठवीं कक्षाओं के लिए खुला है कक्षा -2 के बाद से, एक छात्र को पिछले स्कूल से स्थानांतरण प्रमाणपत्र जमा करने के बाद ही भर्ती कराया जाएगा।)

The admission is also subject to the following( प्रवेश निम्नलिखित के अधीन है ) :

• Verification of Original Birth Certificate.(मूल जन्म प्रमाण पत्र का सत्यापन ।)
• Submission of Original Mark Sheet (photocopy) of the last exam of the last class attended.(पिछली कक्षा की अंतिम परीक्षा में मूल मार्क शीट (फोटोकॉपी) प्रस्तुत करना भाग लिया।)
• Transfer Certificate (Classes II and above) (to be countersigned by District Elementary Education Officer in case of inter state / inter board transfer) (to be counter signed by District Elementary Education Officer in case of inter state / inter board transfer)((ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट (कक्षाएं द्वितीय और उससे ऊपर) (अंतरराज्य / अंतर बोर्ड अंतरण के मामले में जिला प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी द्वारा प्रतिभूति रखने के लिए) (अंतर राज्य / अंतर बोर्ड हस्तांतरण के मामले में जिला प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षर किए गए काउंटर पर ।)
• Payment of fees within the prescribed date.(निर्धारित तिथि के भीतर शुल्क का भुगतान।)
• Undertaking by parents & family Doctor’s Certificate in the prescribed Format.(निर्धारित प्रारूप में माता-पिता और परिवार के चिकित्सक के प्रमाण पत्र द्वारा उपक्रम।)
• Incomplete and illegible Registration Forms will be summarily rejected.(अधूरे और अस्पष्ट पंजीकरण फॉर्म को संक्षिप्त रूप से खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।)

REGISTRATION (पंजीकरण) :

The duly filled in Registration Form should be submitted to the school along with the required documents & Registration fee before the last date of submission of Registration Form. Application submitted after the last date will not be considered. The Registration Form is non-transferable even to the siblings and only the form issued by the school. Parents are requested to go through the fee structure, transport facility and prospectus 2018-19 carefully before filling in the form.(रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म जमा करने की आखिरी तारीख से पहले पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरकर आवश्यक दस्तावेजों और पंजीकरण शुल्क के साथ स्कूल में प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। अंतिम तिथि के बाद सबमिट किए गए आवेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। पंजीकरण फॉर्म भाई-बहनों के लिए भी हस्तांतरणीय नहीं है और केवल स्कूल द्वारा जारी किए गए फॉर्म। माता-पिता से अनुरोध है कि वे फॉर्म भरने से पहले शुल्क संरचना, परिवहन सुविधा और प्रॉस्पेक्टस 2018-19 की सावधानी से जाने ) ।

GENERAL RULES(सामान्य नियम) :

The amount deposited towards Registration and admission for a particular year will neither be refunded nor transferred to any other year or towards sibling’s fee Advance fees for the whole year may be deposited in the beginning of the session. The school reserves the right to withdraw bus facility, if any student or parent of the student is found indulging in verbal or physical abuse with the drivers & are also liable for expulsion from the school.(किसी विशेष वर्ष के लिए पंजीकरण और प्रवेश के लिए जमा की गई राशि को वापस नहीं दिया जाएगा और न ही किसी भी दूसरे वर्ष या भाई की शुल्क के प्रति हस्तांतरित किया जाएगा पूरे साल के लिए अग्रिम शुल्क सत्र की शुरुआत में जमा किया जा सकता है। विद्यालय, बस सुविधा को वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है, अगर छात्र के छात्र या माता-पिता को ड्राइवरों के साथ मौखिक या शारीरिक शोषण में शामिल पाया गया है और स्कूल से निष्कासन के लिए भी उत्तरदायी है।)

ADMISSION PROCEDURE(प्रवेश प्रक्रिया) :

The admission formalities will be intimated to the parent / guardian of the selected candidates along with the fee payment slip. The admission fee is to be deposited within 5 working days from the date of collection of the selection letter. The requisite documents mentioned in the selection letter along with the photocopy of the fee slips are to be submitted within the specified date of securing admission. Fees once paid at the time of admission are not refundable in any case. The school Management, acting through the managing board reserves the right to have the final word in all matters relating to the admission procedure.(दाखिला की औपचारिकताओं को फीस भुगतान पर्ची के साथ चयनित उम्मीदवारों के माता-पिता / अभिभावक को सूचित किया जाएगा। चयन पत्र के संग्रह की तारीख से 5 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर प्रवेश शुल्क जमा करना है। शुल्क पत्र की फोटोकॉपी के साथ चयन पत्र में उल्लिखित आवश्यक दस्तावेज प्रवेश प्राप्त होने की निश्चित तिथि के भीतर जमा किए जाने हैं। प्रवेश के समय एक बार फीस किसी भी मामले में वापसी योग्य नहीं है। स्कूल प्रबंधन, प्रबंधन बोर्ड के माध्यम से अभिनय को प्रवेश प्रक्रिया से संबंधित सभी मामलों में अंतिम शब्द रखने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।)
